HospedaGuia terms of use

1. What the service is

HospedaGuia is a subscription service that lets accommodation providers create, review and publish a digital guest guide, reachable through a public link and a QR code.

2. Your account and your content

You are responsible for the information you enter and publish, for its accuracy, and for keeping your password confidential. Automatically generated content is always a draft: nothing is published without your explicit approval.

3. Subscription, prices and trial

• The trial lasts 7 days and requires no card to start.
• The subscription costs R$ 19,90 per month and is billed on a recurring basis by Mercado Pago.
• Each guide includes 2 full content rewrites. Additional rewrites cost R$ 9,90 each, charged only when you approve the new version.
• Editing details, text, photos and recommendations is free and unlimited.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time, from the dashboard or through your payment provider. The guide stays published until the end of the period you already paid for, then stops being shown. Your content remains stored and returns if you reactivate the subscription.

Where local consumer law grants a cooling-off period, you may withdraw within that period and receive a full refund of the amount paid. In Brazil this period is 7 calendar days.

5. Suspension for non-payment

If a payment is declined, the guide stays online for 5 days while we notify you by email. After that, it stops being shown until the payment is resolved.

6. Acceptable use

You may not publish illegal, misleading or discriminatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights, nor use the service to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service continuously available, but it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be announced where possible.
