What usually stays unclear
Does the guest have to install anything?
No. It is a link that opens in the phone's browser, with no app and no login. It works on any device.
Do I need my own website?
No. The guide is your address on the internet, with its own URL. If you already have a site, the guide works alongside it: just link to it.
How does the AI write without inventing?
It receives only what you filled in, and is instructed never to create hours, prices, restaurants or amenities. When something is missing, the guide tells the guest to confirm at the front desk and tells you what to fill in.
What happens if I cancel?
The guide stays online until the end of the period you already paid for, then stops being shown. Your content stays stored and returns if you reactivate.
Can I have more than one property?
Today each account looks after one guide. If you have more than one property, talk to us before subscribing.
Who can see my Wi-Fi password?
Anyone who opens the guide link. It is public on purpose, so a guest doesn't need a password to see the password. If you prefer, leave the field empty and hand it over at the desk.
