Rooms
Your room
Four suites, all with air conditioning and windows facing the garden or the sea. Bed linen is changed every other day, towels daily.
Breakfast
Served on the deck from 8am to 10:30am, with local fruit, warm bread and the coffee Bia roasts herself. Tell us about dietary restrictions the day before.
Facilities
The house
You are welcome to use the pool, the deck with its hammocks, the kitchenette and the barbecue. Wi-Fi covers the whole house, with a separate network outdoors.
House rules
Quiet between 10pm and 8am: the breeze carries sound to the neighbours. No smoking indoors, and sand stays in the outdoor shower.
The area
We are a two-minute walk from Coqueiros beach and ten minutes by car from the Quadrado. Trancoso is small and walkable, but the neighbouring beaches need a car.

How things work
Ar-condicionado
O controle fica no criado-mudo. Ele desliga sozinho se a porta da varanda ficar aberta por mais de um minuto: não está com defeito, é proposital.
Portão e chave
O portão abre pelo controle na entrada da casa. A chave da suíte fica na porta; deixe-a na bancada da cozinha ao sair.
Cafeteira
Cápsulas na gaveta ao lado. A água já fica filtrada no reservatório de trás.
Piscina
O aquecimento leva cerca de duas horas. Se quiser aquecida, avise no dia anterior.

- Não fumamos nas áreas internas. No deque, à vontade.
- A piscina não tem salva-vidas: crianças sempre acompanhadas.
- Areia fica na ducha do lado de fora, por favor: o piso interno é de madeira.
