Rooms
Your cabin
Five wooden cabins, each with air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a veranda with a hammock. The river cabin is the only one with its own deck. None of them has a television.
Breakfast
Served on the shared veranda from 7am to 9:30am. Cassava cake, homemade bread, fruit from the orchard and coffee Juliano brews to order. If you leave early for a tour, we pack it to go.

The lodge
The deck over the river with steps into the water, the shared veranda, the wood-fired stove, and the lookout trail that leaves from reception and climbs for forty minutes.
House rules
No loud music at any hour: the valley echoes and it frightens the wildlife. Do not feed the capuchin monkeys. And only biodegradable sunscreen before entering the river.
The area
Bonito is eighteen minutes away by car, the Sucuri river twenty, and the Blue Lake Cave thirty-five. The attractions have a daily visitor cap: book before you arrive.

Snorkelling down the Sucuri river, the Blue Lake Cave at first light, and the lookout trail right here: forty minutes of gentle climb, and the sunrise is worth the 5am alarm.

Practical information
There is no mobile signal at the cabins: it works on the shared veranda and at the lookout. Reception's landline answers around the clock. The nearest pharmacy is in Bonito, eighteen minutes away.

How things work
Chalé e portão
O chalé não tranca por fora: a porta tem tranca interna. O portão da estrada fecha às 22h e abre com o controle que entregamos na chegada.
Ar-condicionado
Ligue com as janelas fechadas. A tela mosquiteira pode ficar aberta, ela não atrapalha.
Entrar no rio
A escada do deque é o único ponto seguro. O fundo é de pedra e escorrega: entre de sapato de água, temos emprestados na recepção.
Sinal de celular
Não há sinal nos chalés. Na varanda comum e no alto da trilha do mirante funciona. O telefone fixo da recepção atende 24h.

- Sem som alto em nenhum horário: o vale devolve o eco e assusta os bichos.
- Não alimente os macacos-prego. Eles abrem mochila e já levaram três celulares.
- Protetor solar só biodegradável para entrar no rio: vendemos na recepção se esquecer.
- Fogueira apenas no braseiro da área comum, nunca perto da mata.
